Does, anyone know how I can gain access to the 8 slot motherboard build
info?

I've been here:

...and I've sent two requests for access, but still no response after 2
weeks.

Really need to get at this info as I know it mentions a few mistakes on the
silk screen layer of the board, and I just want to be sure I'm building the
thing correctly.

The pbwiki site is currently in transition, there are no active admins to approve your requests. We're figuring out how to get the data out and moved somewhere else.
In the meantime, since I have access, I've downloaded the 8 slot S100 board build page and created a pdf versionn (and included the referenced text files) so that you can start building, zip file is attached.
